Located between the  private beach of the plot and a mountain that reaches a hundred meters in height, The project is developed on an open plan, crowned by a composition of flexible roofs that recall the dynamism of the Sea. The entire project offers views of the marina and the interiors include an aquarium  in addition to the common  program of a yacht club.
