The common use pavilion serves as a meeting place for the residents of the twelve villas that make up the project. The external zones work around a large plane of water that merges with the ocean, enveloping all views. A dramatically cantilievered  terrace at 45 meters high serves as an  space for the contemplation of the entire project.
